Mysteries of the Moon

Russia recently announced that will send cosmonauts to the moon within 60 years after Neil Armstrong's Apollo.

Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin fulfilled the promise of the former U.S. President John F. Kennedy to reach
the moon, where the NASAʹs space shuttle Apollo 11 landed on July 20, 1969. By 2030, the Russians intend to follow them, according to a document from Roskosmos space agency, cited by “The Telegraph”. The British newspaper emphasizes that Russia has announced ambitious plans for space exploration in recent years, but this time there is a deadline firmly expressed. This country, indeed, won the first round of the space race, launching the first man to orbit Earth, Yuri Gagarin, in 1961. Also other countries want to fly to the moon such as China, until 2025,  India, until 2020.  George W. Bush wanted to send Americans back on the Earth's natural satellite until 2020. The researchers believe that one day we could extract precious metals and Helium-3, a rare isotope with a large potential for energy generation, from the moon. Roskosmos wants to be the first to build a base on the Moon as a Precursor to Mars Exploration and Settlement. Neil Armstrong was the first man that walked on the Moon on July 21, 1969, at 2.56 oʹclock, saying: “One small step for man, one giant leap for mankind”. After him, other 11 people have touched the moon soil, all members of the Apollo program. Although they  planted symbolically the U.S. flag on the moon several times, theAmericans have ever issued territorial claims on it. Moon is considered an international space. The celestial body has a diameter of about 3480 km, a quarter of the Earth, and is slightly elongated, not perfectly spherical. Moon revolves around our planet at an average distance of 384,000 kilometers and it rotates about its axis in a little over 27 days, in exactly the same time making full tour of the Earth, so we are always seeing the same face ! Some critics argue that, in fact, the U.S. would never have reached the moon, the Apollo program being forged to gain supremacy in the world. Their arguments are that beyond Van Halen belt there is radiation which creature cannot pass without dying, the American flag on lunar soil could not wave, as we have seen on TV, because the moon has not atmosphere, traces left by astronauts on the moon soil looked wet, or is no water on the Moon, and more. There are also arguments of those who believe strongly in the Apollo program, saying that thousands of people were involved in its implementation and, in case everything was false, would have found someone to make embarrassing disclosures, and that since the moon missions took place during the Cold War between the U.S. and USSR espionage would be exposed Americans if cheated. Another argument for the truth of the Moon landings is the 837 pounds of dust and rocks brought from the celestial body by the space missions Apollo 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17. What exactly is the truth remains a mystery.
